Event Marketing Manager – Part time

As the Event Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for planning the company’s event schedule and event marketing plans, and represent our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm at conferences and partner events organized in Europe and the MENA region.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to identify relevant industry events, conferences, and trade shows for participation
  • Develop event marketing plans, including strategies, budgets, and timelines
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for event organizers, vendors, and partners, ensuring seamless coordination and execution
  • Create compelling event collateral, including signage, promotional materials, and presentations
  • Coordinate logistics for event participation, including booth setup, staffing, and shipping of materials
  • Engage with event attendees to generate leads, build relationships, and promote brand awareness
  • Track and analyze key metrics to evaluate the success of events and identify areas for improvement

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport and influencing others
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding expectations
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to travel in Europe and MENA region as required by event schedules
